Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and changing your clothes. Bring a bathing suit or clean clothes to wear in the pool, towel and lock with you. We strongly urge you to wear proper footwear (thongs or soft soled shoes) for the locker room, pool deck, and shower.
Do not leave any valuables in your locker; the Collingwood Center or Prohab are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Leave them in your car or bring them to the pool area.
Remember, in order to improve, it is essential that you remain compliant with the program. If you are unable to attend therapy due to an emergency, please contact our office prior to you scheduled appointment and speak with a Prohab staff member or leave a message on the recorder if you are calling when the clinic is closed.
